  • Pre-Arrival Support: Receive assistance with flight bookings, visa processing, and guidance on preparing for your journey. We can also help organize weekend trips and excursions to enhance your experience.
  • Arrival Services: Enjoy convenient pick-up and drop-off services upon your arrival at Jaipur airport. Additional charges may apply for pickups from other locations. Night pick-up services are available between 11 PM and 7 AM.

As a volunteer, you will have the opportunity to work closely with the elephants and their caretakers. Your responsibilities may include feeding, bathing, and cleaning the elephants, as well as assisting the mahouts with their daily tasks. You will also have the opportunity to learn about elephant behavior, health issues, and care. In addition, you will be able to immerse yourself in the local culture, learn about Indian traditions, and experience the daily life of the elephant village.

As a volunteer at the Elephant Care Volunteer Project in Jaipur, you will have the opportunity to work with elephants, mahouts, and their families in a rural setting. Your responsibilities may include: 

Feeding the elephants: You will be responsible for preparing and feeding the elephants their daily meals.

Bathing and grooming the elephants:You will help to bathe and groom the elephants, ensuring that they are clean and healthy.

Cleaning the elephant living quarters: You will assist in cleaning the area where the elephants live, ensuring that it is hygienic and comfortable for them.

Assisting the mahouts: You will work closely with the mahouts, learning about their traditional lifestyle, and providing support to their families. Your responsibilities may include assisting them with their daily tasks and helping to care for their elephants.

Learning about elephant behavior and care: You will have the opportunity to learn about elephant behavior, health issues, and care. You will also learn about the cultural significance of elephants in Indian society.

Immersing yourself in the local culture: You will have the opportunity to experience the daily life of the elephant village, learn about Indian traditions, and connect with the local community.

1. Minimum age
The minimum age to apply for a volunteer project is 18 years.

2. Minor Participants (If you are below 18 years)
In case you are a minor and would like to create an impact on the global communities, we need to receive a "No Objection Certificate" signed by your parents. (Please send the NOC through an email after submitting the application form, in case you are a minor.)

3. Guarantee of Participation
Submitting an application form does not guarantee your selection and participation in the project.

4. The volunteers have to follow the code of conduct in the destination country and projects.

5. The local team is responsible for the management of pick-ups, housing, weekend excursions, safety, and well-being of the volunteers, we encourage the trust-building between the volunteers and the local management.

6. You will be working as a representative of your own country and we would highly appreciate it if you leave a very positive impact on the community you work with.
